Another month, another list of favorites! Here are our latest...
1. Silicone Bibs are a must during feeding times these days. They look funny but let me tell you, they really are helpful. I wasn't planning on using these for a few more months, but it seemed appropriate after the first cereal encounter. It is easy to clean, keeps her clothes dry and it also catches any excess food (or spit up). I know these are going to be essential when she starts eating real food so everything doesn't end up in her lap.
2. Gerber Cereal is a new favorite in the house. As I mentioned, she is still getting used to eating off of a spoon and occasionally gets frustrated when she's really hungry and this spoon business seems like too much work, but there are times when we can't seem to get it to her fast enough!
3. Sophie the Giraffe I think this is a given. It is the best (and cutest) teething toy around. I don't know why, how, or all the details behind it, but everyone swore by it and I see why. It is easily her favorite toy!
4. Teething Tablets With the teething in full force, she can be extremely restless at times. It is so sad to watch and know that she is probably uncomfortable and in pain. The teething tablets have been really helpful in getting her to relax and give her a break from her most likely throbbing gums.
5. Fisher Price Playmat This is has been a fun introduction to her having independent playtime. She likes to look up at all of the hanging toys, but when it becomes over stimulating, we take them down and just let her lay or roll around in her own space.
